Large ceramic pie dish from the grande al forno collection. The dish has a diameter of 30 cm and a classic wavy edge, 4 cm high. This allows you to bake a flat tart or a pie with a high crust for plenty of custard, fruit, or other fillings. The elegant yet stylish design is excellent for baking and serving. The pie dishes are resistant to temperatures up to 250°C in the oven. Baking tip: For pies in ceramic dishes, the temperature can be set approximately 15°C lower than for metal dishes, as ceramic retains and releases heat better.
